Press Release

Milan, Italy 2011-09-20 UTC

Today Dr Aftab Rizvi, Managing Director Gaming Associates (ga), announced
the acquisition of Compliance Testing Laboratory (CTL) the UK's first
test-house to be accredited by the Gambling Commission. "We are very
pleased to announce the inclusion of CTL into the Associates Group of
companies", Aftab said from Milan Italy where he is attending the European
Interactive Gaming Conference (EiG).

This acquisition provides significant benefits to existing ga and CTL
customers. ga customers are provided a permanent European office to support
ga's clients in the UK and throughout Europe. CTL customers are provided
portable accreditation into European and global jurisdictions and Payment
Card Industry (PCI) standard accreditations offered by ga.

Alan Pedley, CEO, speaking from a PCI conference in Phoenix Arizona added,
"Gambling companies and jurisdictions are starting to seek more from
certification and information governance, no longer is the quickest,
cheapest piece of paper the driving factor. The PCI accreditations that we
are able to offer to CTL clients in conjunction with gambling test-house
services make us a true one-stop certification provider with corresponding
corporate savings. Previously, gaming certification was handled by one
department and PCI by another but increasingly organisations are seeking a
truly professional test-house to meet all their corporate certification
needs. ga and now CTL provide that quality of service."

The integration of CTL into the Associates Group of companies which includes
Gaming Associates and Risk Associates (ra) has commenced and will continue
over the coming months to ensure the same standard of quality is provided
worldwide with enhanced service and certification portability to UK and
European customers. For the first time UK operators and vendors can have
their gambling certifications credited toward PCI. The Associates Group
provides PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), Approved Scanning Vendor
(ASV), and Payment Application Qualified Security Assessor (PA-QSA) services
to gaming and financial institutions worldwide.

"This announcement coincides with EiG to underline the significance of the
European online gambling industries and the importance the Group places on
these sectors. CTL represents another phase of our continued growth in
Europe", said Aftab. "ga is presenting at an upcoming conference in
Copenhagen alongside the Danish Gambling Authority and several other leading
European experts. Any questions about our commitment to Europe should be
truly dispelled", he said.

ga is represented at EiG, the Denmark Online Gambling Conference, and G2E.
